Snaking vs. hydro-jetting — what’s the difference?
Snaking breaks a hole through a blockage; hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scrub the whole pipe. For grease, roots, or recurring clogs, jetting plus a camera check is the long-term fix.
Repair or replace my water heater?
If the tank is leaking, replacement is the safe choice. If it’s under ~8–12 years (tank) or 15–20 (tankless) and the issue is a part (thermostat, element, igniter), repair may make sense. Hard water in the Valley = more sediment—annual flushing helps.
